There are high standards for this venue, so please make sure to read these guidlines before booking your stand. Once you have booked your stand, you have agreed to the following and we keep the right to adjust your stand and setup at the market day, according to these guidelines.

• We provide custom stands for you and it is NOT allowed to bring any of your own stands (tables, racks etc.)
• You book a table that can be used as a table OR a rack. If you wish to have both a rack AND a table, you need to book the additional rack-stand to your booking.
• We provide tablecloth so all stands are looking the same. You are welcome to decorate with green plants and smaller brand signs.
• It’s not allowed to place any items around the stand (on the ground), including rollup banner etc. without prior permission.
• All bags, boxes, plastic etc. must be packed away from the venue during opening hours.
• You commit to the opening hours of the market (12 noon – 8 pm).
• All communication will be in a quiet and peaceful manner.
